Privacy-first handling for the Marriage Packet Organizer pilot

This pilot is built so cautious buyers do not have to dump passports, IDs, bank statements, screenshots, relationship evidence, or other sensitive files into the first message. Email 1 is a fit screen, not a document handoff. The safe first step is still plain text only.

Pilot privacy note: This is not legal advice and this pilot does not use a public upload form. Sensitive documents should only move through the approved private handoff after scope is clear and the onboarding step is active. If you found this through X, public replies and X DMs are not the intake path, and you do not need to use them at all.
Safe first step

Send only the 4 fit answers first

If you want a blunt fit / not-fit screen before paying or before sharing private files, email only these answers to greencard@allwk.com. Email 1 is a fit screen, not a document handoff:

  • Married to a U.S. citizen: yes / no
  • Filing inside the U.S.: yes / no
  • Straightforward case: yes / no / not sure
  • Need packet order only, not legal advice: yes / no

Expected reply: a blunt yes / no within 1 business day if the message stays inside this narrow pilot scope. You do not need to send documents to get that first fit / not-fit answer. The private upload step only comes later, so do not send IDs or a long case story in email 1 either.

Decision rule from the sample: if you need file cleanup, grouped evidence, and packet order summary, use buy now only when all 4 fit answers are already yes. If any answer is no or not sure, use the 4-fit-answer email first and wait for the fit reply.

Copy/paste this into any email app if your mail app does not open:

To: greencard@allwk.com
Subject: Marriage packet fit question

1) married to a U.S. citizen: yes / no
2) filing inside the U.S.: yes / no
3) straightforward case: yes / no / not sure
4) need packet order only, not legal advice: yes / no

No private documents, IDs, or long case story in email 1.

What the first reply looks like: if the case fits this narrow lane, the reply is a short fit / yes plus the private next step. If it does not fit, the reply is a short no plus a reminder to use an attorney or accredited representative for legal judgment.

Example fit / yes reply

Subject: Fit: yes

Your 4 answers appear inside this narrow admin-only packet-order lane. If you want to proceed, I will send the private next step. Do not send documents in this reply.

Example fit / no reply

Subject: Fit: no

Based on your 4 answers, this looks outside the pilot scope. Do not buy this service. Use an attorney or accredited representative for legal judgment instead.
Concrete paid result

If the case fits, here is the actual paid job

Privacy-first does not mean vague service. The first email stays text-only, but the paid work is still a concrete admin output once the case fits this narrow lane and the private handoff starts.

Messy starting point

  • Phone photos, screenshots, PDFs, and downloads mixed together
  • Duplicate files, unclear versions, and hard-to-review file names
  • Relationship evidence scattered across email, chat, and camera roll
  • No clear packet order for self-filing or attorney handoff

Paid result after the private handoff

  • Cleaned file set with obvious duplicates and clutter reduced
  • Grouped evidence buckets so the relationship proof is easier to review
  • Packet order summary you can review before self-filing or attorney handoff
  • Missing-item visibility so you can see what still needs attention

Quick facts: $199 flat price • private upload instructions only after fit and onboarding • delivery target within 3 business days after all core files are received.

Still not included: legal advice, eligibility analysis, strategy, attorney review, or outcome prediction.

Keep out of email 1

Do not send these in the first message

  • Passports, birth certificates, IDs, or visa pages
  • Tax returns, pay stubs, or bank records
  • Relationship photos, chat logs, travel screenshots, or affidavits
  • Large PDF bundles, cloud-folder dumps, or phone-photo batches

The first message should stay small, text-only, and easy to screen. That is the point of the fit-check boundary.

What happens next

What the privacy-first path looks like

  • Step 1: you send only the 4 fit answers.
  • Step 2: you get a blunt fit / not-fit reply within 1 business day if the case appears inside this pilot lane.
  • Step 3: if you decide to proceed, the approved onboarding and private handoff step follows later. Sensitive files stay out of public channels the whole time.

If the case looks outside this narrow admin-only scope, the right outcome is a direct no, not pressure to continue.

Before any private upload

Only basic contact details and the fit-check context should be shared before the approved private handoff. Payment and receipt details are handled by the approved payment provider.

After purchase and onboarding

Only the documents needed for the Packet Organization Sprint should be requested, and only through the approved private path. No public sharing links should be used.

Retention and deletion

Pilot client files should be kept only as long as needed to complete delivery and should be deleted within 14 days after final handoff unless a longer retention window is requested in writing.

Storage and access rules

  • One private folder per accepted customer
  • Access limited to the minimum required to deliver the sprint
  • No reuse of customer files for marketing, examples, or training
  • No public posting of private immigration documents
  • No legal advice, eligibility analysis, or outcome guarantees
